Service Description

Equine Assisted Learning Workshops are designed with experiential exercises to reprogram our habitual thinking, and increase our emotional agility, using our entire bodies as a sensory device. Each exercise teaches us to be present in the moment and puts us in a state of consciousness that allows us to respond to horses, people and situations from a resourceful place of awareness. These exercises teach us to live our lives authentically and build authentic relationships.
