Healing with Horses at The Lazy L

As a credentialed Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation and educated in the Eponaquest approach to Equine Facilitated Learning, I am a Life Coach who partners with horses to facilitate self-growth and emotional healing with my clients. 
Horses help to create that sacred space of possibility where clients can expand their personal nonverbal awareness and enhance their leadership, communication, and relational skills.  Equine Facilitated Learning uses a series of equine guided experiences to help reprogram habitual thinking, and increase emotional agility.
Horses don’t communicate based on thinking.  They communicate through feeling, intention and vision in the moment.  Horses are giant biofeedback machines, they help to provide clients a mirror to see what’s going on inside of them emotionally.  Just being in the presence of a horse has proven to be healing.  They teach us presence, honesty and cooperation, and how to live our lives authentically.

The Lazy L is nestled in the foothills of the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge, on 18 acres, where the wild life and bird watching is spectacular.
