Service Description

Let the Horses Get You out of Your Head and into Your Heart! Beginning with a Meditation with the Horses. Followed by a Heart Coherence Experiential Workshop, (using HeartMath’s Quick Coherence Technique) letting the Horses “Get You Out of Your Head and Into Your Heart”. The concept of this workshop is to teach you to balance your nervous system with the intelligence of your Heart! A Horse being a giant biofeedback machine enables you to see the results immediately! A horse will hold space, and become a gentle conduit for release and change for those around them, allowing energy to flow. Just being in the presence of a horse has proven to be healing! We will have a bring your own lunch break before we start back up with Reflective Grooming, Grazing and Connecting Heart to Heart with these Emotional Support Horses. This deep heart listening and stillness can create the energetic link to wisdom and direction for your true self. During this time each person will also have an Equine Energy Healing Session. We will finish by returning as a group to share our experiences before you float off on a cloud from your wonderful, amazing day of healing, connecting, releasing and moving forward in your life’s dreams. For our heart’s intelligence can offer us, personally and collectively, a chance to create, not wait for, our fulfillment and become our empowered true self.
